Symptoms

I’m hungry!

I am still craving all sweets and must have chocolate every day. A friend’s housewarming party and our gender reveal party full of sweets didn’t help take the temptation away. It’s been a tough week for eating sweets and I know I’ve gained a decent amount of weight this week for next week’s bump update. Hopefully it’s not too much and I will get back on track!

Head Cold

My head cold lasted about halfway through the week making it difficult to do much. I was on lack of sleep because I couldn’t take NyQuil to help and Leah wasn’t 100% either and a little cranky. Sounds like a good combination, right?

Water Intake

I’ve been struggling with my water intake. After talking with friends and researching online, it seems like that could be a factor that caused my stretch mark last week. I have decided to up my intake. My amazing sister gave me this water bottle at our gender reveal and I have been using it since. It tells you what you should be drinking by what time to keep you on track. It’s also very smooth to drink out of, so as long as I keep it with me 24/7, I can keep up easily! I also love that it is so girly, cute, and even has inspirational quotes like “Be Happy” and “Stay Strong” on the side. I’ve definitely been drinking more since using it by the amount of times I now have to go to the bathroom every day.

Cravings and Aversions

Cravings

Everything sweet. Think chocolate, cannolis, ice cream cake, candy, etc.

Stouffers Mac and Cheese. There was only 1 in stock for next week, so wish me luck only eating 1 instead of my normal 2.

Donuts. Everywhere I go has donuts and I will never turn them down.

What I eat to try to curb the cravings:

Frozen grapes

Clementines

Sharing is caring!

Awwwww, I am so happy for you! I miss this time a lot. I craved everything sweet too when I was pregnant. Then, at the end, I craved cold crunchy things, like ice and pickles. I loved how your pregnancy water bottles motivated you to drink more water. I splurged on a Yeti cup and it made a world of difference.

I will have to check out what the Yeti cup is Brandi. I've never heard of it. Thank you! It'll be interesting to see what I crave later on too.
