Think Fun Move and Groove Dance Game

This is a different version of the ThinkFun Roll and Play Game (which is also an amazing game). The rules are simple. Roll the die and pick a card with the color it lands on then complete the action on the card.

It not only teaches your toddler about directions, but also gets everyone acting silly. That makes for a fun game!

The Sneaky, Snacky Squirrel Game

This is a great game to help develop hand-eye coordination along with learning colors and counting. The concept is so simple for toddlers to understand. Just spin the spinner and pick up your colored acorn(s) with the cute little squirrel included.

As your toddler gets older, you can add the rest of the rules into the game, such as stealing an acorn and losing an acorn.

Go Away Monster Board Game

Does your toddler love movies like Monsters Inc. or is going through the “there’s a monster in my closet” phase? Then they will love this one!

Your 2 and 3 year olds will have so much fun reaching into a bag to find a surprise monster. They get to take control and tell those monsters to GO AWAY!

Jumping Jack — Pull Out a Carrot and Watch Jack Jump Game

If you’ve ever played Crocodile Dentist, this has the same premise. Pick out the carrots one at a time. One carrot will trigger the jack rabbit to fly through the air and then you have to catch it!

It’s one of those best games for toddlers that are 2 and 3 year olds with a modern twist all the little ones will love.

Spot It! JR. Animals

Have you ever played I Spy? This is a new take on the game! Each picture has one animal in common with another picture. It’s your toddler’s job to find what that is.

I personally love the First Look and Find books for toddlers and this gives even a new take on those as well. Definitely a winner in my book!

Hi Ho! Cherry-O Board Game

My daughter currently calls this the “fruit game.” Within just a few times playing, she has learned what the numbers 1-4 LOOK like. Now she can not only count, but also recognize the numbers on paper at age 2.

This a fun family game to play and is pretty quick (a good thing since toddlers have an attention spam of 5 minutes, if that).

TOP BRIGHT Toddler Toys Fishing Game

Kids and magnets are always so fun to watch. This fishing game is perfect for teaching hand-eye coordination along with letters.

The premise of the game is very easy. Catch as many fish as you can. For 2 year olds, the winner can be with the most fish, but as your child gets older, there are points you can add up on the back of the fish to determine the winner.

Learning Resources Veggie Farm Sorting Set

If you’ve never played a sorting game with your toddler, this is a great one to start with! This game helps teach colors, counting, and shapes.

The pieces are sturdy and there are plenty of ways to play this game depending on your 2 year old’s learning level!

Tidy Up! by HABA

Every child should play a HABA game at some point in their toddler life. They make such great 2 and 3 year old games that you shouldn’t miss out.

This specific game teaches toddlers about matching and well… tidying up! Who can aruge with that?!

Capital and Lowercase Letter Matching Game

It may be because I am a stay at home mom, but I am always on the search for educational games to prep my daughter for preschool and kindergarten.

This game is no different. It’s the standard memory game we grew up with, but instead of matching the same thing, you match capital and lowercase letters, which helps teach your 2 and 3 year old letters. The same picture is on each of the pairs to help out as your child is still learning.

Raccoon Rumpus Game

Who doesn’t love to dress up raccoons? I love how simple, yet educational this game is. You simply roll the dice which shows a color on one and either pants or a shirt on the other. Find a costume match and put it on your raccoon. The person with the most costumes win!

This will not only help your toddler learn colors, but also directions when rolling the dice.

Pancake Pile-Up! Relay Game

This is the perfect game to get your kids up and moving. Active games are so fun and create another dimension to gaming.

This is great for hand-eye coordination and also thinking. Toddlers must start with the bottom pancake and stack them up to the top in the order on the card shown.

Sharing is caring!
