Air Fry Genius by Meredith Laurence
Air Fry Genius
Meredith Laurence is an amazing air fryer cookbook writer. Air Fry Genius is the first of 2 cookbooks written by her on this list and for good reason. This cookbook includes more than 100 recipes from everything from appetizers to desserts (yes you can make desserts in an air fryer!). There’s even a specific vegetarian section; Something I love to see as a fellow vegetarian. Each recipe includes gorgeous pictures so you know exactly what you’re making as well.

Paula Deen’s Air Fryer Cookbook by Paula Deen
Paula Deen’s Air Fryer Cookbook
Paula Deen is one of the first well-known cooks to dive into the air fryer world. It’s surprising more haven’t yet with how amazing air fryers are. This cookbook contains all the home cooking you would expect from Paula Deen. If you love her cooking, this one is for you. Paula Deen is known to not be the healthiest of cooks (think full stick of butter), but the best part of an air fryer is that it makes the same delicious food you know and love without all the added butter or oil! Recipes include Bacon-Wrapped Sausage-Stuffed Jalapenos and Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels.
Power Air Fryer Oven Cookbook by Eric Theiss
Power Air Fryer Oven Cookbook
Yes, this cookbook is geared specifically for owners of the Power Air Fryer Oven, but it is one of the best air fryer cookbooks out there and perfect if you own one. Eric Theiss finds ways to use the air fryer oven to its full potential. It even has an entire section on using the rotisserie and dehydration features! If you have the Power Air Fryer Oven, this is the perfect cookbook for you to make everything you could possibly want.
Air Fry Everything by Meredith Laurence
Air Fry Everything
I told you Meredith Laurence would be on this list again. This is arguably one of the best air fryer cookbooks on the market. It takes all the delicious recipes you know and love and turns them into just as delicious dishes in the air fryer, which means they’re even healthier! Learn how to make a blooming onion or even a T-Bone steak. This cookbook features a variety of chapters including vegetarian and vegan options, meaning it’s perfect for everyone!
Air Fryer Cookbook by Michelle Sanders
Air Fryer Cookbook
This cookbook contains 550 different recipes. That’s right, 550! If that doesn’t intrigue you as one of the best air fryer cookbooks, I don’t know what will. Start your day with breakfast in the air fryer and continue through to dessert. This cookbook includes everything you might consider wanting to make in the air fryer and even more. There is more than 150 vegan recipes, making this a great cookbook for everyone. Since the cookbook is so large, it does omit recipe pictures, but it’s a great trade off to have so many useful, mouthwatering recipes in one place.
The Vegan Air Fryer by JL Fields
The Vegan Air Fryer
This is the one of the best vegan air fryer cookbooks on the market. If you are vegan, you know it is amazing to have a whole cookbook you can make anything in. It includes everything from jalapeno poppers, ways to use tempura in the air fryer, and dumplings.
I highly recommend this cookbook for those who are vegan, but do not recommend this book for anyone who is not, including vegetarian. While it does have a few recipes, it uses a lot of ingredients that you normally wouldn’t buy unless you are actually vegan.
